world would look like if it were sized according to economic wealth.
Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea blow up like balloons, while Africa
shrinks to a size narrow enough to drill a canal through. Another way of
looking at it: The tiny parts are where the most
opportunity for growth exists.
